Description & Requirements

Keep products secure and prevent them from being moved out of place with an anti-theft Retractable Product Tether. These anti theft devices for retail stores allow customers to get a closer look and handle valuable products, while ensuring that the product is not taken out of position thanks to the extendable cord.

How are the Retractable Product Tethers supplied?

The security pull boxes come in a choice of three shapes: square, teardrop and semi disc. The semi disc retractable tether tether has a loop end which can be used to hold small items such as sunglasses, while the square and teardrop tethers have circular metal ends with adhesive for attaching to the products. As standard, all of our retractable product tethers include an allen key so you can adjust the size of the steel cord to suit your requirements.

How does Lift & Learn technology work?

When a customer lifts a product fitted with an XTAG® Sensor, it automatically triggers digital content — such as videos, specifications, or promotions on nearby screens. This creates an engaging, interactive user experience without the need for apps or scanning QR codes.

What hardware is needed for a Lift & Learn setup?

You’ll need our XTAG® USB-Controller, XTAG® Sensors, a compatible digital display (with Android OS or external media player), and your digital content ready to upload. We also offer optional accessories like security tethers and custom stands.

Can I manage content myself?

Yes! With our CMS Plus or Analytics Pro software licenses, you can remotely update, manage, and schedule content across all your connected displays from an easy-to-use dashboard. Our Standalone (free) license allows you to update content locally with a keyboard and mouse.

How is the software priced?

We offer three license tiers:

Standalone App (Free) – Basic lift & learn functionality without remote updates or analytics.

CMS-Plus (£58/year or £6/month) – Full remote content management.

Analytics Pro (£90/year or £9/month) – Content management plus advanced usage analytics.

Licenses are priced per Controller, allowing flexibility based on your project size.

What happens if I want to upgrade my software license?

You can upgrade anytime! If you're switching from CMS Plus to Analytics Pro mid-term, we'll automatically credit any unused portion of your current plan toward your new subscription.
