Using built-in accelerometers, Wireless Sensors detect movement when an item is lifted or handled. This data is sent instantly to the controller, triggering the assigned media on screen.

Placement: Attached to the back of the sensor or tie-wrap (motion sensors) or hidden below shelf or plinth (light sensors).
Wireless Sensors come with 10 double-sided, high-strength adhesive pads which can stick directly on products or to a surface.

Motion Sensors
Our motion sensors attach directly to the product. When a customer picks up or moves the item, the sensor detects the motion and instantly triggers related content on screen. These sensors are ideal when you want direct control at the item level and a simple "attach and play" setup.
Light Sensors
Light sensors are placed beneath a shelf or plinth, with a small hole and the product sitting above them. When the item is lifted, light is detected by the sensor, triggering the content. This creates a completely hidden and seamless experience, making them perfect for sleek retail displays and built-in designs.

When a customer lifts a product fitted with an XTAG® Sensor, it automatically triggers digital content — such as videos, specifications, or promotions on nearby screens. This creates an engaging, interactive user experience without the need for apps or scanning QR codes.
You’ll need our XTAG® USB-Controller, XTAG® Sensors, a compatible digital display (with Android OS or external media player), and your digital content ready to upload. We also offer optional accessories like security tethers and custom stands.
Yes! With our CMS Plus or Analytics Pro software licenses, you can remotely update, manage, and schedule content across all your connected displays from an easy-to-use dashboard. Our Standalone (free) license allows you to update content locally with a keyboard and mouse.
We offer three license tiers:
Standalone App (Free) – Basic lift & learn functionality without remote updates or analytics.
CMS-Plus (£58/year or £6/month) – Full remote content management.
Analytics Pro (£90/year or £9/month) – Content management plus advanced usage analytics.
Licenses are priced per Controller, allowing flexibility based on your project size.
You can upgrade anytime! If you're switching from CMS Plus to Analytics Pro mid-term, we'll automatically credit any unused portion of your current plan toward your new subscription.
